Consistent partnership

Since its foundation in 1919, hotels and pubs have been amongst Rauch's most important customers. Orders and deliveries were made directly. However, as in the food trade, the rules of the game changed in the 1960s and 1970s. More and more beverage wholesalers were established. Here, too, Rauch quickly opted for new trading partners - and was very consistent.

Arnold Linsgieseder from Ehrwald in Tyrol was one of the early catering partners: "I had quite a surprise. Shortly after we had signed the supply contract, Franz Rauch called me and said that the "Grüner Baum" inn had ordered juice from him. I should take care of that and deliver." He had this delivery note for many years to come.
